mission is to provide our

We have been in operation since 1996 and started out as General Machining, Tool & Die. In 1997 we expanded to high speed machining. Our manufacturing/service facility is comprised of approximately 8,000 sq. ft of shop, inspection room and office space. Our machine shop utilizes some of the latest technology in computer programming utilizing Master Cam X, Smart Cam and Virtual Gibbs.
Machine tools include:
- 7 Vertical CNC Mills Spindle Speeds – 3500 – 15000,
- 3 Horizontal CNC Mills Spindle speeds – 12000 – 15000.
- 1 CNC 9 Axis Lathe,
- 1 CNC Lathe,
- CNC Tap & Drill Machine,
- CMM Zeiss Eclipse,
- 2 conventional Lathe’s,
- Collet Lathe,
- 3 Digital Readout Milling Machines,
- 3 Stamping Press,
- Surface Grinder,
- Heat Treating Furnace,
- Vertical and Horizontal Band saws,
- 100 Ton Press.

Number One Machining Ltd is PROUD to be one of the few companies in Atlantic Canada to be CERTIFIED to AS9100 and CAR (Transport Canada Standard #561) ready. We are also members of the New Brunswick Aerospace & Defense Association (NBADA) the Canadian Association of Defense and Security Industries (CADSI) and the Metal Working Association of New Brunswick. We are currently working in the Aerospace Industry. Now with our new certification to AS9100 our plan of action is to penetrate new sectors of industry that only AS9100 companies qualify for.
